news for july 8

i'm sorry for the lack of recent creative updates. ever since the opening of my joint art show last weekend i've been busy with work and updates.

my current projects include set design for an after effects animation piece for Turtle Rock New Media, finishing the special effects and AE for the Sniper Films short, "Hellhound" and just recently the DVD menu design and authoring for a Live Out Loud DVD.

i will try to update my blog with entertaining tid bits and/or current work very soon.

... then you'll love guillotine's Project Studio where they introduce artists and show you tours of their studios. lol, i got stuck here for an hour before i realized i had to get back to work.

here you can view studios of well known artists such as tara mcpherson, ron english, craola, jeff soto, ewok, mars 1 and so many more. and, if you look closely, you'll see a doggy or kitty cat hanging out in their studios, too :P

i don't know if it's just my wanting to know what other artists are doing and how they are doing it, but i am intrigued by other people's workspaces. whether it be a digital or artist's studio... i love peering into their lairs of creativity :)
